QuickServe
QuickServe is a point-of-sale and digital ordering platform for high-volume venues. Stadiums, arenas, fast-service hospitality. The problem it solves is queue length at peak times, when hundreds of people want to order at once. I came on as a full-stack developer and project lead. I built the QR ordering flow that lets someone at their seat scan a code, browse the menu, pay, and track their order without ever joining a queue. I also designed the real-time order queue that kitchen and serving staff use to manage incoming orders and keep fulfilment moving. The hardest part was the integration layer: connecting the new digital front end to existing POS infrastructure without breaking live payment flows. I also ran the project delivery side, including roadmap, coordination between design and operations, and making sure what we shipped worked in an actual stadium environment and not just on a developer laptop.
