Futy Conversion

Futy starts from a simple observation: traditional contact forms have terrible conversion rates, and most businesses accept that without questioning it. The product replaces static forms with interactive engagement flows that adapt based on visitor behavior. I built the core widget and the A/B testing framework. The widget needed to be highly configurable. Clients set up different flows for different visitor segments, different pages, different traffic sources. The challenge was building that flexibility without making the configuration overwhelming. The testing framework was what made the product commercially convincing. You can debate whether interactive flows convert better than forms, but when you can show a client a live split test with statistically significant results, the argument is over. I built the framework that handles test assignment, variant delivery, and result aggregation.
